You do not have an obligation to continue using the Platform or Service should Bookingcabs.com exercise its right to charge a fee. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., sales, use, GST or value-added tax), unless otherwise stated, and you are solely responsible for the payment of any such taxes that may be imposed on your use of the Platform or Service. Bookingcabs.com will provide you with notice prior to the imposition of any fees and you will have the opportunity to terminate your use of the Platform and Service prior to being subject to the payment of any fees.
