Your Application will comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including, without limitation, copyright and other laws protecting proprietary rights, and all applicable export control laws and regulations and country-specific economic sanctions implemented by the laws of the India; If Your Application involves payment or account information, you will comply with all rules and regulations of any applicable payment network or association, including, but not limited to, any widely-adopted industry standards for credit card or other payment information and protection of personally identifiable information; and e. You will provide any information and/or other materials related to Your Applications requested by Bookingcabs.com from time to time to verify your compliance with these Platform Terms.
