Cancellation Policy:
All the cancellation requests should be done through GetbookCab by calling our helpline number. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
  1. In case the booking is cancelled more than 3 days (72 hours) before the pick-up time, no penalty will be charged and full advance will be refunded. The only amount deducted would be any transaction charges for refunding your money.
  2. Greater than 24 hours before scheduled pick up time 20% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance full advance amount refunded.
  3. 24-12 Hours before scheduled pick up time 20% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance full advance amount refunded.
  4. 12-4 Hours before scheduled pick up time 20% Of The Advance You Paid Will Be Retained As Cancellation Fees And The Balance 0% Refunded * Customer can also book online without any advance payment. Our team will call the customer before confirming the booking in this case.For every booking, a car will be assigned at least 4 hours before the trip. The customer will get a email and/or sms confirmation with the car and driver details after the assignment.Customer needs to carry a printout of the booking voucher for Identification.
  5. In case the booking is cancelled after cab reached at pickup point, minimum 250 km is charged for outstation and 50% of 1 day local usage charge (8 hour-80 km) is applicable for local usage charge.
